Becomes a bit of a problem when spending long hours at a computer, or, say, driving to Boston…

if you find out, will you tell me? same damned thing happens to me and it’s freaking inconvenient, especially in meetings, as well as the car trip thing. and especially since i can’t do coffee.

(i’m serious — i’m curious if they have an explanation for you and if it would be aplpiable to me. what study is this?)

Their coconut milk is watery and not nearly flavorful enough, as compared to the Chaokoh brand. Their fish sauce is… well, it seems okay, but I have never tried any other brand (which is about to change). Their curry pastes are really, really hot. I mean, give-you-indigestion hot, no matter how little you use. And not enough other flavors! What’s up with that? I have given up!

For the record, the much better curry paste brand we’ve found seems to be Maesri. Red, anyway; I’ll report back on the green when I use it.
