That’s when he wasn’t shooting them from the couch with an airpistol. Effective but probably too fatal for your tastes.

And you have to pick up the trap, take it outside, and release the mice. *shudder*

Give me the old fashioned cheese-on-a-trap anyday.

The best way to get rid of mice is to keep them from getting into your house. This involves inspecting the house for little holes and plugging up the holes with steel wool (which they won’t chew through). This was a pain in the ass, but worth doing. We haven’t seen any mice in the house in the two years since we did it.
