Accomplishing something I’ve been putting off for a long time. Today, I took three carfuls of stuff to our storage unit; though there’s still one or two more worth of crapola, the feeling of having actually tackled and largely completed something I *really want done* is very satisfying.
Taking time to just take care of myself, which is something I almost never do.
Solitary walks in quiet woods (or natural places) are my meditation in my temple. I used to do this almost every day, and I felt so much more calm and able to deal with stresses of everyday life.

- Listening and singing along to good music.
- Taking a hot bath with a glass of wine, a good book, and some classical music on.
- Waking up and not having to go anywhere, with a lump of kitty on my foot.

I’ll be predictable…
Baking bread and making soup in tandem, then sitting down to enjoy both.
