When you get hooked on exercising, it&#039;s a good thing!



I heard Omega 3 fatty acids could help with your mood as well. So you could get some flax seed oil or go with what you definitely like: sushi (fatty fish, like salmon or tuna)



As for guilt, I don&#039;t know the recipe (I&#039;m a sufferer too). Sometimes doing more than you are supposed to helps (gives you an excuse to feel good about yourself).
